From origins as an automotive parts manufacturer it moved to producing hundreds of SKUs, built for the trailer, RV, and marine trailer industries. Its current catalog includes stamped steel spring hangers, complete hanger kits, equalizers, shackle links, tie plates, stake pockets, hinges, floor clips, jack plates, spare tire carriers, loading ramps, and light protectors.
Every part is stamped and welded in Swansea, South Carolina at American Tool and Die, New Deal’s sister company, where the line has been manufactured since 2024. That vertical integration is the brand’s real advantage. New Deal owns its tooling, sets its own quality standard, and controls its own lead times rather than waiting on an overseas supply chain. When a customer needs a part that isn’t in the catalog, the in-house tool and die shop can build to spec or reverse-engineer from a sample.
The catalog is built around fit. Trailer builders and repair shops know the frustration of a bracket that is close but not right, so New Deal stocks the dimensions that actually work — heavy tandem and triple axle hanger kits rated to 8,000 lbs, tie plate kits that arrive with U-bolts ready to install, loading ramps in 5K, 8K, and 10K, and a spare tire carrier that fits 5, 6, and 8 lug wheels.
