How we give

Snell Ventures’ giving arm is our Community Giving Program, which empowers employees to make a direct impact in the communities they care about most.

Through the Community Giving Program, each team member is allocated designated charitable funds they can personally direct to local organizations, nonprofits, or causes that are meaningful to them.

This employee-directed giving reflects one of our core beliefs: the people closest to a community know best where help is needed. By trusting our employees to lead the way in charitable giving, we’re able to support a diverse range of missions—from youth development and education to food security and healthcare.

The Community Giving Program is a result of Snell Ventures’ long-standing commitment to using business as a force for good—not just within our facilities, but in the neighborhoods and towns where our teams live and serve.
